C W Harrison & Son are pleased to announce certain changes to our corporate structure. Whilst auction and associated divisions continue unchanged we have introduced a positive development that will have significant benefits for High Court clients.
Firstly, the High Court business of CW Harrison & Son has transferred to a separate limited company, CW Harrison & Co High Court Enforcement Limited. The trading name for this company is Harrison High Court Enforcement.
This new company has received investment from Bridgman Group, which also owns Marston Group. Our business will be run separately from Marston, with a distinct brand, culture, and management team. We will focus on providing a bespoke service tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
I will continue to receive writs in my name and am the senior Board member of the new company. Andrew Bradley will oversee day-to-day operations and the business will continue to operate from its longstanding headquarters in Ossett, West Yorkshire.
The new investment allows us to enhance the range and level of services we provide to our clients. This now includes a free transfer-up service, free and enhanced tracing services and online access for clients to review information on each of their cases. We also intend to introduce BACS payments for clients in due course, as well as further payment methods for debtors.
We are now ceasing use of multiple sub-contractors and will use our sister company’s officers when additional resources are needed. We can now offer a truly national service to our clients by utilising Marston’s nationwide network of skilled agents.
The team at Harrison High Court Enforcement is excited by these positive developments and looks forward to delivering additional value to our clients through these enhanced services.
If you have any further queries, then please contact Andrew Bradley via telephone on 01924 269 580 or via email at andrew.bradley@harrisonhce.co.uk
